Her journey began in her teens when she worked at a private golf club in the Hudson Valley, catering to weddings, special events, and corporate gatherings. Her dedication and expertise quickly propelled her up the ranks. She became a key member of the events team, responsible for arranging and organizing VIP care for each event. This position remained with her throughout her college years at SUNY New Paltz.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Heather was recruited by a renowned event rental company, where she served as the Director of Sales. This hands-on role allowed her to lead the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Heather’s contributions extended beyond sales, encompassing inventory management, staffing, logistics, accounts receivable, accounts payable, client relations, product purchasing, and negotiation. During her tenure, the company experienced a remarkable 72% increase in business.

Heather's expertise and passion for event planning led her to Ion Oz Hospitality. She skillfully blended her sales acumen with creative flair, securing new events during the day and overseeing current contract production at night. Heather managed the day-to-day operations of the venue, working directly with the owner, traveling to Palm Beach and New York City to service events.

Heather's achievements paved the way for her to embark on her own as an event director and sales consultant for multiple Hudson Valley venues. Under her guidance, these locations have received comprehensive support in sales, marketing, catering, and event management. Heather is thrilled to continue expanding her brand, known for its exceptional service and attention to detail.
